🌟 Updated Review and Public Thank You Grateful for Resolution & Gratitude Where It's Due I want to extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. Paul Gebhart of Steele Creek Modern Dentistry (2114 Freeman Park Dr, C100, Charlotte, NC 28273) After months of stress, confusion, and a wrongful collection placed on my husband's credit report, we finally received closure. The account was corrected, the balance was zeroed, and the collection was removed. While our initial experience with the front office left us deeply disappointed, I want to publicly thank Dr. Gebhart for stepping in and doing the right thing. This resolution may seem procedural to some, but to us, it was a restoration of peace, dignity, and accountability. Dr. Gebhart showed leadership, integrity, and most importantly, humanity. To Dr. Gebhart: Thank you for showing compassion. Thank you for being a professional who stands for what’s right. Thank you for being a decent human being in a world where that matters more than ever.🙏🏾

I usually hate dentist…. But I love this whole staff, including Dr. Genhart, Alana and Julee. From the time you walk in the front door, you receive the friendliest reception. They have went above and beyond for me. They did everything to make this girl not to have to walk out without one of my front teeth!!!!! Highly recommended!!! You will not be disappointed!
